THE MODUS OPERANDI OF THE PIRATE

It is by means of the malware called  « SpyEye » that the cracker, Who uses the pen names « BX1  » or « Daniel HB » got into the computers of banks or private individuals to get back the passwords and the codes of identification. Once to have taken control an account, he was capable of emptying him in two or three clicks.Hamza had already made confessions during his arrest: « He said that he had pirated several American banks and, that in a single transaction, he could collect between 10 and 20 million dollars » Revealed, in 2013, a person in charge of the Thai police.

ARREST

In the term of a tracking of three years, Hamza Bendelladj arrested on January 6th, 2013 by the  Thai police while he made stopover in Bangkok in transit between the Malaysia and Egypt.The young person to hacker did not seem to be disrupted(perturbed) and he did not resist at the time of his arrest. EXTRADITION TO THE UNITED STATES

Three months after his arrest, he is extradited in May, 2013 towards the United States, demanded by the jurisdiction of the State of Georgia to be judged in Atlanta there, he pleaded guilty, on June 26th, 2015, he risks thirty years of prison and a fourteen million dollar fine.


His accomplice Aleksandr Andreevich Panin, will then be arrested in his/her turn, on July 1st, 2013, at the international Airport Hartsfield-Jackson of Atlanta and had pleaded guilty in January, 2014 in front of the federal court of Atlanta.
